We'renot done.
On October 19, Albertans chose Canada. Keeping this country together is still work, and it still needs you.

From a petition to a province that chose Canada.
In just over a year, ordinary Albertans collected signatures, planted signs, welcomed Thomas and the Unity Bus in town after town, filled two arenas with the Prime Minister and turned out to vote.

On October 19, Albertans voted to stay in Canada. About three in four of them.
Across Canada and around the world: CBC News, CTV News, Global News, The Globe and Mail, CityNews, The New York Times, CNN and The Associated Press, plus community papers in every corner of Alberta.
Result: Elections Alberta's official results, released October 29, 2026. Press impressions: Forever Canadian media tracking.

We won the vote. Now we keep the country together.
On October 19, Albertans said it clearly: we are Canadian, and we intend to stay that way.
That happened because of you. You signed the petition, planted the signs, welcomed the bus, filled the halls and talked to your neighbours.
One vote doesn't end the conversation. One in four Albertans chose the other option. They are our neighbours, our co-workers and our families, and we want to understand why. Our job now is to listen, and to make sure Alberta is heard inside Canada.
We're not done. Stay with us.

This is what unity looks like.
Concerts in the park, signs on the lawn, a bus in the mountains and two arenas full of flags.

Bring Alberta together.
The vote is settled. The frustration behind it isn't. One in four Albertans chose Option 2, and we want to understand why.

We'll listen.
We'll open conversations with Albertans who voted the other way, so their concerns are heard inside Canada and not used to pull it apart.
You'll hear it first.
What Forever Canadian does next will be announced to supporters first. Stay with the movement and you'll know before anyone else.
Albertans, in their own words.
